WHO OWNS MYCLUBHUB DATA AND WILL BGCA HAVE ACCESS TO OUR DATA?

All data collected by Clubs belongs to the local Club Organization.  Anonymous membership, program and member attendance data is transferred automatically to BGCA's data warehouse. Personally identifiable information is not included in any data transfers. BGCA does not have any access to donor data.

WHO WILL MANAGE THE IMPLEMENTATION AT MY ORGANIZATION?

Organizations will appoint a Project Manager to lead their migration to MyClubHub, representing all Clubs or Units within the Organization. The Project Manager will partner with the MyClubHub team to plan for, implement and support the MyClubHub, which includes coordination of decision making, ensuring staff complete training, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day usage and support, and partnering with the MyClubHub team to provide feedback and input on new features and requests.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT MYCLUBHUB?

Implementation timelines vary based on the complexity of the Organization and the data migration. The MyClubHub team will work with your Organization to assess your needs and determine an implementation plan that best supports you. On average, you should plan for 12-14 weeks of implementation.

  1. Complete an interest form.

  2. A MyClubHub team member will reach out to schedule a time to talk further and determine the next steps and implementation timing for your Club. Space in each implementation cohort is limited, so submit your form early.

  3. Execute MyClubHub contracts and agreements.

  4. Participate in implementation and data migration.

  5. Complete end-user training.

  6. Go live with MyClubHub.
